Thanks to new member Kimberly van Noort, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the College of Liberal Arts at UT Arlington, for sharing this recipe with us!  Using the produce from her first share on Friday, Kimberly already made this tart and brought it to a potluck!  Love it.
