The people spoke, and we listened!
To quote Keith Urban, “it’s gonna be a long, hot summer,” and one of our biggest concerns from members over the past year has been picking up their produce in the heat and open air. We’re going to be facing some high temps for awhile, and we want your produce to be as fresh as possible. So, we’ve made important changes to make sure all of our co-op style produce farm stand locations have covered, air-conditioned facilities.
As a result, we’ve had to move a few of our farm stands – namely, White Rock and Addison.
White Rock farm stand moves to Dallas Eco-op in Lake Highlands
We’re excited to join forces with our friends at the Dallas Eco-op who have welcomed us to Lake Highlands! The Dallas Eco-op is a group of North Texas organizations, such as the Texas Worm Ranch and Texas Honeybee Guild, whose work is driven by sustainability.
Starting Saturday, June 9th, all current White Rock members will start picking up their produce at the new Lake Highlands farm stand:
10137 Shoreview Rd
Dallas, TX, 75238 (Map)
Pickup time: Every other Saturday, 8:30am-10:30am * Note new pickup time.
Addison farm stand moves to Vitruvian Park
Vitruvian Park is a beautiful new community in Addison, and we’re so thankful that they’ve welcomed us with open arms!
